In Photos: Blue Elephant Restaurant Review

Finally, after all the times I had to cancel my plans, I was finally able to visit Blue Elephant Restaurant at Apple One, Ayala. I didn’t plan on making this review, which is why I have limited photos, but I thought this would be a great Valentine’s date venue so let me share the few unfiltered shots I made while I was there.

One quick look at Blue Elephant’s luxurious place and you’d understand why everyone wants to spend their fridays and weekends there. The outdoor tables are very cozy for a small group get-together. The indoor restaurant, on the other hand, is perfect for a couple / girls date. I can imagine bringing my girls there and endlessly chatting about our next trip!

The Food

Again, not a lot of photos of the food since a review wasn’t on the plan. I did order some friend beef with sesame seeds and found it very bland. I’m planning to try their baby back ribs next. Oh, by the way, the halo2x looks really nice but it was far from good. There weren’t anything else there aside from too much ice and gulaman. I’d say it’s a 1.5/5 level. 🙁

View from the outdoor restaurant does not disappoint. Especially if you’re seated on the left side facing the indoor tables, you’ll get to see the beauty of Cebu from the “sky”.

I can’t say I’ve seen the best of Blue Elephant yet. There is still so much to improve (yes, the halo-halo of course); and there’s still a lot to discover. I’ll update this post on my next visit. Keep posted!
